Yo!!aku kembali lagik setelah collapsed dari post call semalam...huhu!!org lain bukak pose aku melepak dalam OT buat caeserian section non stop...fuh!!sekarang dah recover sketlaa...naseb baik takde eod call this month since ramai junior2 dah masuk...yosh!!
It has been more than 2 months already since we've started our posting...halfway to go bro!! Department aku dgn sukecitenye dimaklumkan bahawa sume houseman kene extent o&g until proven otherwise...mmg fuck gile ahh policy camtuh..cehh!!
The system here is quite different from other o&g department elsewhere. We had to undergo few rotation during this posting i.e. Screening Room, Antenatal Ward, Labor Room, Postnatal Ward, Gynae Ward, Periphery & Day Care O&G. There will be 5 hH.O on call each day; 2 in screening, 2 in labor roon and 1 in gynae ward...now you can guess why I had to do eod call earlier in the past 2 months. The unique of this department is that; in screening room there is no M.O in charge, only run by H.O and supervised by Dato' Dr Ghazali (korang kenal dan tau kan die punye garang mcm mane...pergh!!). Dengan maksud lainnye, patient yg dtg untuk labor, masuk ward etc is determined by us the H.O and if there is any doubt we had to consult dato', no one else can be consulted, during the office hours or while we are on call...so dah bole agaklaa bile management mcm sial..kene maki hamun laaa dlm telepon...aku penah sekali kene marah sampai nak kene gantung keje...fuhh!! Tapi yg best sketlaa time weekend kalo tak on call tak payah dtg keje..org yg on call jek kene cover utk morning review...best2!!tapi jaranglaa dapat, at least aku kene gak on call sehari time weekend...malas!!

Labor room pulak ade 2..satu low risk ngan high risk...yg low risk nih sebelah screening room jek..kitorang admit patient yg ANC uneventful dan kite expect yg takde complication...yg lain sume admit high risk labor room...kat situ ade M.O laa yg kite bole consult so tak takut sgt..setakat kene marah kene jerit tuh beselaa...O&G mane yg tak macam tuh..kan kan kan? Yang rotation lain lebih kurang same cam hospital lain cume yg on call gynae jek kene masuk OT utk emergency caeser kalo ade kes dari labor room @ screening...huhuh!!!
Itulah kehidupan aku yg stress di sini..kalo korang ade best sket at least ade geng..nih mmg lonely gile...huhuhu!!senang2 datanglaa Kuantan bole jumpe aku...kalo ade yg nak book ventilator ke bole tumpang ambulan hospital korang datang sini....tadi ade nak hantar satu patient pegi Selayang tapi M.O pulak yg kene accompany...siut btol!!
Semoga korang bekerja dgn lebih rajin dan bersemangat...bahu kanan aku dah sakit gile mase buat caeser semalam nak kuarkan baby GDM 5.3kg....gile babi besar....dahlaa susah nak kuarkan...nyaris aku nak bukak pose sbb tak larat sgt...hahahah!!!

Rsnye our OnG department py environment almost the same.. tp time oncal satu mlm 4 org je... 3 labour room, 1 peripheral. yg peripheral ni kena cover 2 antenatal wad,1 postnatal wad n satu gynae ward. klu emergency caeser case fr wad, periphery yg kn assist. tp klu dr labour room, yg kt labour room kn assist.

hahaha...pasal turun berat badan mmg ade mase awal2 kat gynae dulu...tapi sekarang semenjak dah jadik org berkerjaya nih..hari2 buka puasa buffet kat hotel...nak turun camne ek?hahaha
